Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Manage Billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Manual. Your trades and history stay.
Do you give refunds?
No. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How does the founding price work?
The first 50 subscribers enter a founding code at checkout and keep that price for as long as their subscription continues. Cancel and come back later, and the regular price applies.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade at any time and pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the card over twelve days and emails you each time. If it still fails, brokerage sync pauses but your links stay; pay the open invoice and sync picks up from the day it stopped, with nothing missing.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Arlo never sees your card number. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax may apply.
